Terms for a free worldwide invite-only beta available only to people aged 18 or over.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18, hold a valid personal invitation, and be able to connect a Threads account. Protect your session and keep account information accurate.
Acceptable use
- Comply with law, third-party rights, and Meta/Threads rules.
- Do not harass, deceive, publish unlawful content, automate abuse, bypass limits, or compromise security.
- Do not use the service for spam, unlawful profiling, or high-impact decisions about people.
Your content
You keep ownership. You grant a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit content only to perform requested features and publish it to Threads. You warrant that you may use it and remain responsible for publishing decisions.
Meta, AI, and beta limits
The service depends on Meta, Threads, API permissions, App Review, and availability. Meta may change or remove features; the operator cannot control content already sent to Threads.
AI is optional, may be wrong, and requires human review. Accepting these terms never enables AI.
The beta may change, fail, pause, or end. Continuity, reach, results, and unlimited retention are not guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for risk, abuse, breach, legal duty, or API loss. You may export and delete your account. The beta may end with reasonable notice where possible.
Liability and law
To the extent lawful, the free service is provided as is and liability is limited to foreseeable direct harm, never excluding liability that law forbids limiting.
Spanish law and Barcelona, España apply. Mandatory consumer rights in your country always prevail.
