You can obtain a copy and delete the account without first contacting support.
In the application
- Open Settings and choose Export my data for a ZIP copy.
- Choose Request deletion and confirm. Publishing and background jobs stop immediately.
- You can cancel during seven days of recovery. Afterwards the active account, tokens, content, metrics, and associated media are deleted.
If you cannot sign in
Email correo@miguelangelnieto.net through a channel that supports identity verification. Include the Threads username and request, but never passwords or tokens. Requests are tracked and normally answered within one month.
Limits
Content already delivered to Threads must also be deleted in Threads where appropriate. Data may remain until backups expire or for Obligaciones legales, investigaciones de seguridad, solicitudes de autoridades competentes y copias de seguridad cifradas pendientes de alcanzar su fecha normal de expiración; it stays restricted and is not returned to ordinary use.
